On May 25th 2018, at the ANA INTERCONTINENTAL (TOKYO- JAPAN), a conference was held to award 46 international airports, 52 Japan domestic airports of the world leading airlines NH - ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS (ANA).
More than 300 delegates representing nearly 100 domestic and international airports having NH Global route attended the conference, along with nearly 100 senior executives, heads of ANA departments, ANA Headquarters.
Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat and Mr. INUKAI - Station Manager of NH at Tan Son Nhat airport, Ms. Le Hong Mai - Head of Airlines customer services center of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, Ms. Le Quynh Lam - Representative Assistant of NH at Tan Son Nhat were honored to receive excellent awards when SGN was ranked the First airport having the world best entire service quality of ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS. SGN is in Group B including airports with 28 flights (to/from) per week.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, thanks ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS for awarding VIAGS Tan Son Nhat a noble prize voted among nearly 100 domestic and international airports that NH flies to.
Coming to the conference, he proudly introduced the Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company – VIAGS- a subsidiary of VIETNAM AIRLINES and also asserted that this award is the result of hard work, effort of nearly 2000 staff of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat to provide ground services for NH, which not only guaranteed commitment of service level agreement (SLA) but also exceeded expectations of customers.
At the conference, Director Bui Duc Thanh has thanked the good relationship, cooperation between ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS & VIETNAM AIRLINES, especially thanked representatives of NH at Tan Son Nhat for supporting, cooperating with VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, together overcame many difficulties, completed excellent service to get outstanding results today.

On the same day, Mr. Ngo Hong Minh- Director of VIAGS Noi Bai and Chief Representative of NH Airlines at Noi Bai Airport received the Third award for good quality airport in group C including airports having 14 flights (to/from) per week.
