Vietnam Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd (VIAGS) Tan Son Nhat Airport has been awarded the second best quality airline service on the world flight network by Eva Air, Taiwan's 5 star international airline.

Earlier, AirMacau Airlines also honored VIAGS in Da Nang and Noi Bai as the second-best and third-best ground service provider in 2016. Today, VIAGS serves nearly 600 commercial flights, over 90,000 passengers and nearly 3,300 tons of cargo arriving at Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat International Airports. The OTP was 99.96%, far exceeding its commitment. VIAGS mobilizes nearly 5,000 workers in the supply chain in the North, Central and South of Vietnam for nearly 70 airlines, accounting for 58% of Vietnam's ground service market.
