As part of the “Enjoy Da Nang Festival” held from June 19 to June 23, 2025, at East Sea Park (Da Nang), Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) proudly accompanied Vietnam Airlines in participating in the Vietnam Airlines Festa. Amid the vibrant summer atmosphere and festive colors of the coastal city, the event became a major highlight, drawing the attention of numerous local residents and visitors.

Aiming to promote the image of the national flag carrier and stimulate domestic tourism, Vietnam Airlines and VIAGS together created a colorful space that bridged culture, services, and customer experience. At 00:55 on May 3, 2025, at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, VIAGS warmly welcomed the inaugural flight PR587, carrying 169 passengers from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (Philippines) to Ho Chi Minh City. The return flight PR588, with 84 passengers, departed at 01:55, both operated by Philippine Airlines. The launch of this new route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Lapu-Lapu City, with a frequency of three flights per week, marks a new milestone in Philippine Airlines' expansion in the Vietnamese market.
