Pursuant to Regulation No.256-QĐ/TW dated September 16, 2009 of the 10th Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Guideline No.69-HD/BTGTW dated January 14, 2013 of Central Propaganda Department of the Central Committee; Directive of VIAGS’s Party Committee on the Completion of the Primary Program of Political Theory for the Party members, on the morning of March 16, 2019, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat collaborated with Political Fostering Center of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City to organize the opening ceremony of Primary Class on Political Theory – 1st Course 2019, for 62 students who are officers and Party members of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
On behalf of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat’s Party Committee, Mr. Pham Phu Yen – Deputy of Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat expressed his appreciation for the cooperation and support of Board of Directors of Political Fostering Center of District 5 to organize Primary Class on Political Theory for officers, Party members, core workforce of the branch in the present and future.
The Deputy Secretary of Party Committee required each student to be serious, proactive, active in researching and studying, in order to comprehend ideological values and creatively apply the theories into practice, participating and contributing to maintaining the political stability, socio-economic development, defense-security strength, and being pioneers to fulfill assigned tasks, propagating officers and laborers to well implement the Party’s undertakings and policies, the State’s Laws, units’ rules and regulations, etc.
The class conducts in 06 days, starting from March 16 (Saturday and Sunday weekly), until March 31. All students will be taught 18 different topics about Primary Program of Political Theory. After fully completing the course and passing all the exams, students will be awarded with a certificate of Primary Degree in Political Theory, which will be a premise for further study in the intermediate and higher levels.
