The flag ceremony is a regular activity organized by VIAGS TSN at the beginning of every month in the area of A41 Multi-function Building. On the morning of November 4, 2019, a solemn ceremony took place with the attendance of the Board of Directors and the staff from the Departments, Centers of VIAGS TSN.
Speaking at the flag ceremony, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director - made preliminary assessments on the situation of production and business activities in October 2019 in the context of difficult on the infrastructure, exploiting conditions and the fierce competition of the aviation industry nowadays. October closed with exciting activities such as congratulating activities on Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, Country Market, Vietnam Airlines Spirit Art Festival 2019, launching VIAGS sports club and so on. At the same time, the Director has implemented a key task in November 2019 with special notes on ensuring absolute safety and security for flights, strictly and fully observing the procedures, internal labor regulations, and management and administration works.
Also at the Flag ceremony, VIAGS TSN celebrated and rewarded the staff Nguyen Khanh Hung, Phan Thi Hong Nhung and Nguyen Hoang Minh of International Passenger Service Team 2, Customer Airlines Services Center with the achievement and was received praising letter by the Border Gate Police of Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Specifically, the above individuals have discovered and timely notified the Reconnaissance Team under the Border Gate Police of Tan Son Nhat International Airport to handle and prevent cases of passengers using fake passports to enter and exit illegally.
The ceremony ended in honor of individuals who successfully completed the mission in October. This is a great encouragement for staff to continue their determination to successfully complete the work in the future.
