In order to expand and seek for the company's workforce, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has launched a labor recruitment promotion program in many localities in October 2019. The delegation consisted of officers, experts from the Organization - Administration Department and officers of Ramp Services Center of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
Specifically, the delegation came to work with the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Divisions of Nha Be, Binh Chanh, Hoc Mon and Cu Chi Districts and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre and Tay Ninh Provinces to discuss plans for labor recruitment coordination between VIAGS Tan Son Nhat and localities, with the titles: Passenger Service staff, Driving staff operating ground equipment, staff of Weight and Balance Services, Coordinator and Loading services.
Subsequently, the functional departments/divisions received the information from the company and implemented the plan to the job placement centers to widely advertise the recruitment requirements, and coordinate the search for suitable candidates. Accordingly, Binh Duong Employment Service Center is willing to recommend 35-40 driver dossiers per month to businesses in the area in need.
In particular, on the occasion of the "Young Workers' Day with the career and job" held on October 25, 2019 at Culture and Sports Center of Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Chanh District and Ho Chi Minh City Employment Services Center; VIAGS Tan Son Nhat are arranged by 01 booth at this program. This is an opportunity for VIAGS Tan Son Nhat to introduce units and recruitment to local workers.
At the event, officers of the Vietnam Airlines Passenger Services Center and the experts of Organization - Administration Department of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat were present to exchange recruitment information, recognize the candidates' recruitment requirements right in event.
