In the morning of September 5, 2019, at the meeting room on the 4th floor - VIAGS Operator, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat held a commendation and award ceremony for Mr. Huynh Minh Cang - Staff of Materials Supply Team, Cabin Clean Service Center on Board for continuing the beautiful action sequence as "Detecting and returning property of passengers" by staff of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.

Specifically, on flight VN123 on DAD-SGN route on September 2, 2019, Mr. Cang found out and handed over the forgotten passengers' property including 01 bag with personal papers and valuable personal items and a cash amount of 108,608,000 VND. This is the third time in 2019 Mr. Cang has received a letter of appreciation from the Director for his outstanding performance in flight service.

VIAGS TAN SON NHAT'S PASSENGER SERVICE STAFF TIMELY DETECTED, PREVENTED 5 ILLEGAL EXITING PASSENGERS TO UK

On September 6, 2019, staff Thai Ngoc Thanh Hien - International Passenger Services Team, Vietnam Airlines Passenger Services Center detected and promptly prevented 5 exiting passengers on the VN51 flight from Ho Chi Minh City to London with an unclear purpose. This helped Vietnam Airlines avoid losses of between 10,000 and 25,000 pounds (equivalent to 285,866,403 to 714,666,008 VND) if these 5 passengers are returned to Vietnam. Regulations of the authorities will fine the transport brand from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds/passenger depending on the case.
