In the last days of the year, the atmosphere at Tan Son Nhat International Airport heated up day by day when it welcomed hundreds of thousands of passengers when reaching a record 991 flights landing/taking off during the day.
Along with the heat at the airport is the relentless effort of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat's staff to ensure absolute safety and security with the number of domestic flights going nearly 2 times higher, domestic passengers increased by 2.5 times, the amount of luggage increased 3 times compared to normal days.
Accompanying with employees in all production and business activities, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat had directed the Organization - Administration Department with the Basic Trade Union and the Trade Union of Departments to prepare nearly 18,000 meals between morning, lunch, afternoon and evening shifts from January 18, 2020 to February 1, 2020 (December 24 to the January 8 of Lunar New Year) for staff involved in serving Tet holidays.
