On March 3, 2019, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai branch organized a training session on Union work skills for members of the Noi Bai Branch's Executive Committee. Mr. Nguyen Thai Ha from the Central Organizing Committee was invited to teach at the training.
In the morning, the youth union members were listened to and shared seriously and openly about the operations and skills of the Youth Union.

The members also participated in active group activities with lecturers in the afternoon about one of the important skills of Union activities is to build games and curators, how to create exciting atmosphere in Union activities
