On 26/5/2018, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai Branch held a seminar to improve the effectiveness of the implementing the safety, security and quality.

In the trend of integration of Vietnam Aviation Industry in general and VIAGS in particular, the Board of Directors of Noi Bai branch determined to act for the purpose of safety, security, quality from 4 stars towards 5 stars. With that purpose, SSQM team held a seminar to exchange, sharing knowledge and methods to control safety, quality and security.
As a result of the implementation of the objectives of safety, security and quality in the first quarter of 2018, Noi Bai Branch has successfully completed most of the assigned KPI. However, some indicators remain unresolved due to difficulties in implementing KPI. At the seminar, the deparments have jointly studied methods of managing, implementing and controlling the results in an optimal way.
