Based on organizational regulations and Party officials of the Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai Branch, in the morning of July 31, 2019, at the Conference Hall of VAECO and VIAGS Noi Bai buildings, VIAGS Noi Bai held a conference to appoint decisions to managers.
Attending the ceremony, there was Mr. Bui Duy Khanh - General Manager of Human Resource Department, on the side of the branch, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Party Committee Secretary, Branch Manager, Heads of Departments and Centers.

Appointing Mr. Phi Ngoc Ha to hold the position of General Manager of Operations Center, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai Branch.
Appointing Mr. Truong Thanh Trung to hold the position of Deputy GM of Operations Center - Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai Branch.
Appointing Mr. Pham Duc Hieu to hold the position of Deputy GM of Administrative Organization Department - Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Noi Bai Branch.
