This valuable action has received many compliments from the public, being praised and rewarded from the Leaderships of VIAGS, VIAGS TSN, Trade Union of Vietnam Airlines and especially the commendation letter from the Minister of Transport.
In the morning of August 29, 2019, the protagonist of the beautiful story - Ms. Phung Thi Ngoc, staff of Cabin Clean Service Team, Cabin Clean Service Center of VIAGS TSN - was honored in the Commendation Ceremony of "Role model of Good People Good Jobs " took place at the VIAGS Operation House, chaired by Mr. Le Cao The - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of VIAGS - with leaders of agencies and VIAGS TSN.
Specifically, on the SQ186 flight, SIN-SGN route on August 24, 2019, Ms. Phung Thi Ngoc found out and handed over the forgotten property of passenger on the seat 31KH, including 02 bags with personal documents, valuable personal items and cash equivalent to 846,070,268 VND.
