Preparing for the Self-defense Maneuvers of Vietnam Airlines Corporation 2019 taking place in Hanoi in next October, the Military Steering Committee (MSC) of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat cooperated with the Military Steering Committee of units under Vietnam Airlines Corporation in Tan Son Nhat area to hold the general training for Self-Defense Forces from September 4, 2019 to September 7, 2019.

VIAGS TAN SON NHAT'S PASSENGER SERVICE STAFF TIMELY DETECTED, PREVENTED 5 ILLEGAL EXITING PASSENGERS TO UK

On September 6, 2019, staff Thai Ngoc Thanh Hien - International Passenger Services Team, Vietnam Airlines Passenger Services Center detected and promptly prevented 5 exiting passengers on the VN51 flight from Ho Chi Minh City to London with an unclear purpose. This helped Vietnam Airlines avoid losses of between 10,000 and 25,000 pounds (equivalent to 285,866,403 to 714,666,008 VND) if these 5 passengers are returned to Vietnam. Regulations of the authorities will fine the transport brand from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds/passenger depending on the case.
