Implementing the task of consolidating the workforce, on the morning of October 16, 2019, on the 4th floor – VIAGS Operating Office, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat held a conference to announce the decision to appoint officers of the Apron Service Center.
Presiding at the ceremony were Mr. Le Cao The - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of VIAGS with the participation of Mr. Tran Dinh Tao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of VIAGS, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh Party Secretary - Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat and representatives of leaders of VIAGS’s Departments, Board of Directors represented for Divisions/Centers and appointed officers under VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
Under the authorization of the General Director, Mr. Bui Duy Khanh - Manager of VIAGS's Organization and Human Resources Department announced the decision to resign as the Head of the Apron Service Center to Mr. Pham Duc Hong from October 15, 2019 & announced the decision to appoint Mr. Le Buu Vo - Deputy Head of Operations Center as Head of Apron Service Center, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company - Tan Son Nhat Branch (VIAGS TAN SON NHAT) from October 16, 2019.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Cao The emphasized: In the context of the fierce competition of the aviation industry and the constantly changing global trend, all staff must have a spirit of learning, boldly change when necessary to overcome the limitations, rise to new heights, meet the immediate and long-term requirements. In recent years, the prestigious awards that VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has achieved are Company’s testament to the ability to master the quality of service and exceed the expectations of the customers. He also asked the system's divisions to have a close cooperation, helping each other to fulfill the tasks of production and business, building the company to be stronger and stronger.
Reporting to the General Director at the Conference, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat - said that in addition to the determination to consolidate the engine of new executive officers of the Apron Service Center, from October 15, 2019, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has deployed a new model of the Apron Service Center, with the goal of ensuring absolute safety in flight service, in accordance with the mission focus on taking confidence and trust of customers. During the preparation process, the Branch conducted meetings to introduce a new model, combining direct dialogues with employees to communicate the operation of the apron to each employee, and at the same time promptly answered questions of employees.
Regarding Mr.Le Buu Vo - the new Head of the Apron Service Center, the Party Committee - The Board of Directors highly appreciates the 20-year working experience with many positions as Captain of Weight Balance & Loading, Vice Manager of Loading Documents, since 2016 as Deputy Head of Operations Center, Comrade Le Buu Vo has the expertise to handle the jobs directly related to the apron; Good foreign language ability to work and communicate with airlines customers, quickly deploy information throughout the Apron Service Center.
With the attention of the leaders of all levels, the determination of the whole system, promoting spirit in which solidarity is the strength of Apron Service, the Director believes in the strong changes in the management and operation of the Apron Service Center and soon build trust in customers.
As the Head of the Apron Service Center, Mr. Le Buu Vo expressed his honor when being assigned the task by the Board of Directors as well as the awareness of the new responsibility during this transition period, showed his determination to quickly grasp commencing the work, devoting all of his efforts to deserve the trust of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors and the entire staff in the unit.

In the exciting atmosphere of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Huan sent his gratitude to the Party Committee - Board of Directors of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat for trusting and assigning responsibility, expressed his determination to quickly learn and meet requirements of the work new mission, implement the new model.
