VIAGS is proud of its 333 teaching staff There are 27 full-time teachers who are teaching the day-to-day knowledge, expertise and even the lives of their students.

After nearly 2 years of full force for the consolidation and development, VIAGS has affirmed its position and continuously improved service quality. Demonstrating the unremitting efforts is the most important event of the year: VIAGS - the best ground service provider contributing to VNA's success in 4-star service according to Skytrax standard .
With safety - punctuality - quality criteria, VIAGS regularly receives compliment letters from partners and positive feedback from customers, most of which are 4-5 star airlines. Since the beginning of 2017, VIAGS has won 12 quality service awards from prestigious airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Cathay Pacific and so on. VIAGS has proven not only to provide 4-star quality service, but also to exceed customer expectations.
With a skillful workforce and intense working hours, VIAGS has mobilized nearly 5,000 employees in the supply chain in the North of the Central Highlands. At present, VIAGS serves nearly 600 commercial flights per day, over 90,000 passengers and nearly 3,300 tons of cargo arriving at NBA, DAD, TSN. During the peak season, that number increased to 112 flights per day compared to weekdays with total flight volume up 7.98%.
In order to conquer the heights, VIAGS is in need of experienced human resources, professional and sensitive, always ready to work and contribute to the development of the whole company. They are the "seed" grown from the team of teachers of VIAGS training center
With constant efforts in professional work, overcoming all difficulties, as well as fulfilling all assigned tasks, 2016 teachers have trained 33,000 students, 2017 expected 50,000 (equivalent to 34% increase compared to 2016). Revenue from training services is VND 8 billion per year. In the coming time, VIAGS will focus on e-commerce development strategy in accordance with the roadmap, step by step to improve and become a subsidiary of VIAGS to provide recruitment and training services by 2020.
