In the 13th Global Quality Awards for domestic and international airports, which have flights of ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS, ANA (NH) – Top 10 the world’s leading 5-star airlines, organized at 01:30AM of May 17, 2019, in Tokyo, Japan, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat successfully won the second global prize.
This awards ceremony is attended by more than 400 delegates who are senior leaders and overseas representatives of ANA, as well as ground services from 65 international airports.
At the ceremony, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat representatives, namely: Mr. Bui Duc Thanh – Director, Mrs. Tran Bao Yen - Customer Service Center Deputy Manager, and NH representatives at Tan Son Nhat airport including: Mr. Haruhiko Inukai – Station Manager and Mrs. Le Quynh Lam – Assistant of Station Manager, are honored to receive the Outstanding Achievement Award: 2nd prize for airport (Tan Son Nhat airport) which has excellent services performance for All Nippon Airways. Tan Son Nhat airport belongs to Group B which includes all airports with the flight frequency per week is 28. Previously, in 2018, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat became the first airport ground services company of Vietnam which is ranked No.1 international destination airport of NH, 5-star airlines.
With this award, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh is pleased to share that this is the second time VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has joined in this Global Ceremony to receive ANA's special award. The award is a testament to the constant contributions of the whole tea in the past years. He affirmed that two consecutive years of receiving this special award are the result of the effort and dedication in the work of more than 1800 staffs of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat in providing ground services for over 50 partner airlines, especially ANA which is a strategic partner of VNA, not only ensuring the commitment to services quality agreement (SLA) but also exceeding customers’ expectations.
Starting from October 2016, the strategic partnership between ANA and VIETNAM AIRLINES has been increasingly stronger and stronger, creating conditions for VIAGS Tan Son Nhat to provide services and receive 2 consecutive awards from NH. In 2018, VIAGS TSN is proud to provide high-quality services for 1,460 flights and carry over 280,000 ANA passengers to/from Tan Son Nhat airport safely and securely, ensuring the quality standard of the world's leading 5-star airlines, and is highly regarded by the experts in the industry. In particular, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh expressed his thanks to NH airlines representatives in Tan Son Nhat airport for supporting and cooperating with VIAGS Tan Son Nhat to overcome many difficulties, successfully completing flight services over the years.
In the opening ceremony of the first trading day of VIETNAM AIRLINES at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange on May 7, 2019, as well as in the VIETNAM AIRLINES shareholders meeting on May 5, 2019, Mr. Koji Shibata - Vice President, Strategic Planning Director Asia-Pacific, representative of ANA in the Board of Directors of VIETNAM AIRLINES - with ANA Vietnam General Director - Mr. Sugi Masazumi, congratulated the excellent achievements ranked No.1 and No.2 globally in providing services for ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS in two consecutive years of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat. This is a clear testament to the effective strategic partnership of ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS and VIETNAM AIRLINES "... bringing VIETNAM and JAPAN closer together!"
