VIAGS TAN SON NHAT RECEIVED THE SECOND PRIZE OF THE BEST QUALITY AWARD FROM 5-STAR AIRLINE ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS

With the direction to becoming one of the leading companies providing high-quality ground services to Asian airports, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has affirmed its brand with many valuable awards from major airlines in the world. Following these achievements, on the morning of May 30, 2019, at the 4th Floor - VIAGS Operator Building, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat held a ceremony to receive the 02nd Prize of The Best Quality Award in 2018 from ALL NIPPON AIRWAY - ANA (NH), the top 10 leading 5-star airlines in the world. 

The delegates focused on watching the presentation of the introduction clip of NH Airlines at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. 

This is an award that VIAGS Tan Son Nhat’s Director was honored to receive on the 17th May 2019 at review conference, giving the 13th global services awards to domestic and international airports which has flight routes of ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS, taking place in Tokyo and Japan, with the presence of over 400 delegates who are senior leaders of corporations, ANA airlines, ANA representatives abroad, the airline’s ground services companies from 65 international airports.

On the VIAGS side is the presence of Mr. Tran Dinh Tao - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Ms. Le Thai Thuy Binh - Head of Supervisory Board, Mr. Nguyen Chi Kien - Head of Training Center, Ms. Duong Thuy Quynh - Sales Manager, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Nga - Head of Exploitation Services Standard, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Hoa - Head of Quality Safety, Ms. Pham Tuyet Ha - Deputy Chief of Administrative Office, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Van - Deputy Chief of Administrative Office, and representatives of VIAGS branches, including Ms. Hoang Thi Ngoc Hanh - Deputy Director of VIAGS Da Nang and Mr. Ta Thang Hung - Deputy Director of VIAGS Noi Bai.

According to Mr. Katsuhiro Suzuki, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has excellent security - flight safety, punctuality and good services, making him feel very proud and cherish the staff working for the company. And he believes, with the spirit of determination, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat will win the first prize in the following year. In addition, the tightening of Japanese-Vietnamese friendship, there are many Japanese and Vietnamese people who have trusted ANA and Vietnam Airlines in their flights, making the relationship between ANA, Vietnam Airlines and VIAGS better.

He is delighted to know that the first and second consecutive year of service quality achievement has been achieved thanks to the comprehensive cooperation from ANA Vietnam, the airport representative is always in close co-operation with VIAGS Tan Son Nhat in all activities of serving flights, overcoming all difficulties, ensuring serving 1,461 flights and transporting 267,581 passengers in 2018 with safety and quality. The director pledged that VIAGS will continue its efforts to improve the quality of service that meets very high expectations from ANA - the world's top 5-star airline.
