TELEPHONE CHECK-IN BY YOURSELF, FLY WELL!

Quickly and easily with Telephone Check-in!

In order to enhance the handling service and optimize passenger’s experience at the airport, Vietnam Airlines collaborated with VIAGS to launch Telephone Check-in, which is a service that saves time, simplifies procedures, provides convenience for passengers to travel by air. By using Telephone Check-in service, passengers will have more time to enjoy the trip and spend all the precious moments with their friends and family.

Telephone Check-in service:

  • Hotline: 1900 6265
  • Working time: 8:00 – 20:00 everyday
  • Fee: 5.000 VND per minute.
  • Applicable for: Vietnam Airlines domestic flights departure from Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai International Airport.
  • Service is only available from 12 hours up to 02 hours prior to departure time.

* Step 1: Dial 1900 6265, provide reservation code to confirm the flight information.

* Step 2: Select your seat in advance (based on the actual number of seats available on the flight).

* Step 3: Receive boarding pass via email or at the specialized check-in counter at the airport.

* Step 4: Deposit baggage at the specialized check-in counter at least 1 hour before the flight time.

In case passengers do not have checked baggage, instead of going to the check-in counter, please move directly to the security gate with your boarding pass sent via email.

Telephone Check-in service has been operated by VIAGS since 2019 and has received positive responses from passengers. With such utilities as quick and simple procedures, time saving, more and more passengers are choosing to use the Telephone Check-in to have a smooth beginning on their journey.
