CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES INCREASE OPERATION TO HO CHI MINH CITY

On the morning of April 4, 2023, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) organized a welcome event for the China Eastern Airlines (MU) flight operating the A330 aircraft on the route Shanghai - Ho Chi Minh - Shanghai.

After a long period of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, from the beginning of March 2023, China Eastern Airlines has reopened the Shanghai – Ho Chi Minh City route on the A320 aircraft. After a month of successful operation, the A330 aircraft was put into practice, bringing the total average number of flights per week to seven. The reconnection between the two countries has contributed significantly to trading and economic cooperation. Economic activities and investments promise to thrive in the mutual future of Vietnam and China.

VIAGS and the Representative of China Eastern Airlines in Vietnam welcomed more than 200 passengers on flight MU281 from Shanghai and served nearly 100 passengers on flight MU282 from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
To congratulate MU, VIAGS sent flower bouquets to the Representative and cabin crew of MU, and at the same time, the MU Representative also gave lovely thank-you gifts to VIAGS staff.
